For those who have love, treasure it. For those that have lost your love, life can be painful and meaningless but try to be strong and ride through the low period. Well, I'm not in a good position to be offering this advise =)

My HK gang & me went down to People's Park Complex to collect the tickets. When we reach there, the tour agency told us the there is some changes to the time of our return flight. Instead of 2020, the time has been change to 11xx!! Imagine that! It means that we are short of almost one whole day~! We weren't too pleased about this as they didn't even inform us beforehand. So we have them try to book the flight on either Sat, Mon or Tue, so long as there is a night flight. =P

After that, we went for our dinner at "My Secret garden". Hmm... reminds me of a song... Anyway, that is quite a nice place with a great ambience. Too bad we have to sit in the open air as the A/C area is full house le. The food is not bad but the open area just has too many mosquitos that keep on bitting us... and that spoil a nice evening.



Following that, we went for "Dou Hua" and then proceed on to "Coffee Club" to discuss about our HK trip. And I had their Mud Pie, yummy~! During the discussion, we agreed that if there is no night flight back to SG, we will try to change the location to Taiwan~! Yeah~! Taiwan~! I wanted to go there for quite some time already... hehe... we'll see what the agency says tomorrow =P So stay tune~ LOL

My dinner

OMG~! I saw a WORM in my dish...!! Oh gross~!!! I nearly throw out all my food... and I lost my appetite immediately... gross gross... Better stop thinking about it... yikes~!

HK HK

Still can't really believe that I am going to HK soon =P I was like planning with Mei they all to go HK this year and end up all of them back out of it. I thought that's it, there goes my HK trip. Who knows Shirley also keen =) If not I won't be going to HK le.

But before that I need to renew my passport first. I need to take photo though... Wonder where should I go to take pics... I better hurry le~ If not they go HK I cannot go le...

I'm getting sleepy... recently feel kinda tired... maybe cos I haven been sleeping well for the past few weeks... now is time to pay back my sleep debt... *yawn*

My long MIA friends online today

Hmm... I wonder what day it is today... a few of my "long lost" friends decided to online today =P Haven seen them for ages and today they came in at different timing. Haha... not bad, can catch up with them.

I met Shirley and the HK gang (those that's going for the HK trip =P ) for dinner and also to discuss on where to visit in HK. Came out with a rough plan of where to go but will still need to research a bit to determine if that place is worth going. Right now I'm waiting for them to come online to tell me the places =P I didn't jot down earlier... lol

Payment for HK trip

Kingdom Travel called to inform us that the hotel that we want has rooms available but we have to go down to make payment. So later I will meet up with Ellen to make the payment first and then went on down to Tampines to meet Shirley and Nicolas to discuss about the trip. Luckily I knock off earlier on Monday, else sure no time.

Just now Boy Boy sign into MSN. It has been ages since I last chatted with him. Hmm.. think the last time that we really chatted was before V's day? I thought he was too busy until he forgot about his "mommy" =P lol And he told me that he was thinking that I forgot about him haha... Strange "son" of mine, I sms him he no reply mah... Anyway, he say he will spend an hour of his time on me daily, lol, as if he will really have that much time to spare =P

Hong Kong Trip

Met up with Shirley at Outram MRT and went to book the package. They can only confirm the availability of the hotel on Monday. At the moment, they only reserve the air tickets for us.

After which, we went to Esplanade for ice cream at Haagen Dazs. We order the "Ultimate" and I have 2 scoop of my usual "Belgium Chocolate"~ yummy~ Went on to Bugis after that and shop around a bit.

And it is in Bugis where the joke begin... as we were walking, I saw a girl with an eye patch and that reminds me that Wu Zong Xian got beaten up by some people. So I told her, "Wun Zong Xian bei ta" which she heard as "Wo Zong Jian bei ta"... =S and she say it so loud some more... goodness... if I kena hit in the middle I sure call fei li one lor... Make me laugh till my tears run... Just when I was about to stop laughing, she created another "joke". I told her that "The other day, wo bei gou ti" (the other day I was kicked by a dog) which she heard as "Wo bei gou qi"... faint... make me laugh so hard till I nearly drop to the floor... rofl

Then Shirley's friend, Ellen, join us for dinner. This is the 2nd time I'm seeing her =) And during the dinner, she agreed to go to HK with us. Another of their friend, a professional photographer, will also be joining the trip, so now we have a total of 4 person, which is good. And with a professional photographer with us means that I can have the pics for the night view from The Peak~ Yay~!

Denise is back in town

Denise is back in town~! Wow~! It's been ages since I last saw her, since last yr Aug? Can't really remember =P She's my ex-colleague and she has went to Aust to persue her career in IT. She just went for holiday in Europe and is dropping by SG for a few days.

Met up with her together with Audrey and went for dinner. She didn't change much, still the same old Denise =) Chatted quite a bit and we parted when Audrey's hubby came to pick her. After tonight, I guess it would prob be another ½ a year before I get to see her again... nvm, I'll still see her in msn =P

Upcoming HK trip

Shirley and me have more or less decided on the agency to book the trip with. Will be going to Outram on Sat to book the tickets. So Hong Kong, here we come =)

Now we would need to plan which are the places that we have to go =) I wanna go to Wong Tai Sin Temple. Been there once. It's said that the temple is very "Ling" one. Go there pray to win a mil dollars LOL... kidding.

Maybe I should give Frederick a call and let him know I'm going over to HK =P then can meet up with him and he might even bring us around. =) Wow, haven seen him in ages~ yeah, think I'll prob drop him a call.

Dinner with Mei & gang

Went down to Alexander to meet Mei, Glen & Ady for dinner. After dinner, we proceed on to Ady's house with the plan of chit chatting. End up Mei is fixing Ady's modem as she has not been able to connect to the net for the past few months...

So Mei fix the problem while Glen and me play with Ady's dog, which is very active. It was so excited at seeing us that it keep jumping up and down... And I ended up receiving a kick from it in my ribs ... duh... As if that is not enough, I realise later that our clothes are covered with dog's fur... :rolleyes: This really make me think twice about my desire to keep a dog as a pet.

Finally! My internet is up

Finally! My internet is up. About time yah, my internet has been down ever since Sat and it is pissing me off big time! But before I can even log in I was faced with another problem! Every page that I went to have an access denied on it and you can imagine how mad I was then. Somemore I took a cab home... grrr...

Anyway, the technical support once again help me to solve it. I think they see their past record sure sian, I can almost imagine them saying "this woman again!" lol. Well, just hope that this solves it once and for all. Btw, I manage to get a waival from them for those days that my internet is down =P not a lot but at least it makes me less mad LOL

Instant blog post

Ever heard of "Instant Blog Post"? It's a service that will help you generate a random blog post... Came across it while I was checking some stuff out. What it does is to help you come up with something to enter into your blog. Seems so fake... if you do not have anything to input, then don't. Well, that's how I feel... it defeats the purpose of having a blog and then entering something that is not related to one's life, thinking or what so ever. Just my thought =P

Singnet coming to check the line again

I've been unable to access the internet from my home for 3 days already... I felt as though I could have died from it =(

Anyway, Singnet will be sending someone down to check the line again. I hope that after this I will be able to get online again... *praying hard*

Makes me wonder what is wrong... it seems like I always have problem with the internet... last time is pacnet, now singnet... faint...

Internet Connection down...

Grr... was so pissed for the past weekend cos my internet connection was down. Simply can't get online at all. Called support and stuff still can't work... anyway, i will do a quick update here.

Friday
After work, went to Kara with Shirley and Siew Siew. Kbox has Wa Jie already~! So happy. Get too into the song when I sang "Ni Bi Cong Qian Kuai Le"... was my fav song... Anyway, sang till 2am then went home.

Sat
Try to log in the internet but was unable to. Called the support and after trying to help me solve it, told me that maybe there's some prob with the modem and arrange to change one for me. At first he said Mon but I manage to get him to expedite it to Sun =P

Met Shirley in the afternoon to check out the F&E package for HK trip. Found 2 agency that offer a competitive price. Will be getting more data from Shirley's bro's gf on Tues. Think we should be able to finalize from there.

Sun
Went to Singtel Orchard to change the modem. Then home again to install it. After installing still cannot go online!! Pissed!! Called support again and they try to help again. In the end, they give up and say have to get another department to call me on Monday... Boring... No internet for me for 2 days... simply boring~

Bday coming soon

Yay~! My Bday is coming soon =P Didn't really think about it until Siam Choon, our colleague asked me to choose which bday cake I want =P haha... so nice~! Last time the company I worked for is the colleagues will share and then buy a cake. This time round is the company paying for it, not bad

Hmm... wonder if I should apply leave to celebrate my bday? Maybe not... 4 days all by myself will be super boring... If I can get someone to celebrate with me... then maybe...

Met Ron & gang to take the DVD that he help me to buy. And Sam drop me off somewhere nearby. Then I realise that I asked him to buy "The Incredibles" which I already have!! Gundo me... grrr... but that happens :P I almost bought "Harry Porter" the other time, which I already have also :P Stupid me... LOL

Hmm... I think my colleague is right, I think I did lose a bit of weight.. hmm... think ard 2-3kg. Hehe... good is good but like a bit fast...

Sleepless night...

I'm so sleepy... I only get to sleep for a few hours last night. And I'm not sure if it's the way I sleep or wat, I tot I felt a weight on me last night... Scare me awake... Hopefully it dun happen again tonight...

Come to think of it, I have been sleeping lesser hours for the past week... Oh no... my sleep debt is building up again... Love as I might, I just can't sleep. And my appetite is kinda poor too. Would that contribute to a slimmer me? Lol.. Hopefuly the situation will improve soon...

I didn't know blogging could be so interesting. =P This really took up quite a bit of my time cos I'm a total idiot to html and stuff. Fun fun.. hehe... esp with my fav song in the background... Tong Hua... but there is no Tong Hua in real life...

Met up with 2 special friends earlier and went for dinner. Didn't expect that we would get along so well. Guess if it isn't for that incident, we would just be those kinda "Hi-Bye" friends.

Time really flies, it's already April. I better start looking for another job before the company close down or what... It seems like they might not last very long... Grr... the thing about finding new job is that I have misplaced all my original certs... yeah, I know, I should have been more careful... Searched high and low ever since I moved to this place but just can't find them. Guess they are lost for good...
